These terms are demo content for the fictional workshop Ashgrove Joinery. Replace them with your own.
Quotes
Every quote follows a measure-up visit and comes with a drawing. It is fixed for 60 days and covers making, finishing and fitting as drawn. Changes after you accept it are quoted separately before we make them.
Deposits and payment
A job is booked when the deposit is paid (by Stripe on the service’s page or the contact page) and we have confirmed the dates by email. The rest is due when the job is fitted. Prices include tax.
Cancellations
The deposit is refunded in full if you cancel before we have bought the timber for your job. After that we keep what we have spent on materials and return the rest.
Fitting
We need clear access to the room, power and a place to park near the door. Walls, floors and services are the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Guarantee
Ten years on everything we make and two years on fitting. The guarantee doesn’t cover damage from damp, heat or misuse, or wood moving within its normal range.
